Over-analyzing,Over-thinking and Over-reacting. The 3 O's that describe me well. I over analyze situations a lot more than I thought I did. It has been pointed out to me in every area of my life. First, I over - analyze the situations for example feeling ignored may have me try to figure out what I did wrong for hours, then I overthink the situation when It was not that I was being ignored people were just busy.
' The last O over reacting sometimes I still do but it is a lot less then I use to. I use to take everything personal if someone didn't like me it bothered me more then it should have .
Also, the 3 O's happen when I make a mistake I worry about the possible consequences of that mistake and I worry about how my mistake will effect others.
So how do I cure these 3 O's I pray to God, seek his will, read the bible, and I do what my boyfriend always tells Me to do "Relax". I think sometimes I care too much and then the 3 O's come out and it can make me look like I am an uptight person and it stresses others out plus in the past I have over analyzed,Over-thought, and overthinked things so much that I have pushed others away.

Tell the negative committee that meets inside your head to sit down and shut up!- love that quote its so true we got to change our negative thoughts to positive thoughts.
